Vinyasa Flow

This fitness based approach to yoga concentrates on linking the breath with vigorous and mindful movement.  Sequences are designed to increase strength, flexibility, and concentration while, cleansing the body and calming the mind.

Slow Flow

Practice peace with slow flow. This class is designed to promote a meditative state as we focus on the breath. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system allowing for a greater sense of peace. Taking several rounds of breath in each pose allows us to build strength and flexibility in the body and mind.
